This Refund Policy explains how credit purchases and billing are handled on HuntingHydra.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
If you are unsatisfied with a credit purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that none of the purchased credits have been used. To request a refund, contact us at support@huntinghydra.com with your order details.
2. Consumed Credits Are Non-Refundable
Credits that have been used to initiate AI build phases are non-refundable. Once a phase begins, those credits are considered consumed and the corresponding service has been delivered.
If you have used some but not all credits from a purchase, a partial refund may be issued for the unused portion, provided the request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
3. Automatic Credit Restoration for Technical Errors
If credits are deducted from your account due to a verified technical error on our platform — such as a build phase that failed because of a system fault, not user action — those credits are automatically restored to your account. This happens programmatically and does not require a support request. You will see the restored credits reflected in your balance immediately.
4. Free Tier
HuntingHydra offers a free tier that allows you to explore the Service without purchasing credits. We encourage you to evaluate the Service through the free tier before making any purchase.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We reserve the right to issue credit restorations at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. If you believe there has been an error not covered by the automatic restoration system, contact us at support@huntinghydra.com with a description of the issue.
