Human-Guided AI Pipeline · By Invitation

Launch a complete digital product in a week. Without sacrificing strategy.

HuntingHydra's 11-phase AI pipeline — with a senior operator locked in at every decision point. Positioning, SEO, copy, architecture, code, and deploy. All verified before it ships.

From $2,500 / project

Working with 3–4 clients per month. Slots are limited.

AI builders ship demos. You need a product that holds up to real users — and ranks.

The problem with every AI app builder — Lovable, Bolt, v0 — isn't the code they generate. It's that they generate code with no product strategy behind it. Pretty frontends. Inconsistent brand language. SEO added as an afterthought, if at all.

You end up with something that looks like a product on a demo screen and falls apart the moment a real user lands on it from Google. Or worse: it never gets found at all.

The AI + Human partnership changes that. The pipeline is the same. The difference is a human operator at the controls — enforcing the strategy, the SEO architecture, the design system, and the product brief at every phase before the AI builds anything.

AI-only builds without accountability.

The AI + Human partnership runs the same pipeline — with a human operator at every gate.

AI-only builders
Generates UI without a product spec or positioning
SEO bolted on after launch (if at all)
Brand language inconsistent across pages
No architecture review before the backend is built
Copy generated page by page, disconnected from brand
Deploy is a black box — no verification, no agent
You pay monthly with no ownership of the codebase
AI + Human Partnership
Positioning and ICP locked before any code is written
SEO architecture defined at Phase 03 — in the foundation
Design system enforced across every component, every page
Architecture signed off before the backend build begins
Copy written against the brand brief — sounds like one product
Deploy verified by sandbox build + live agent checks
You own the Next.js repo — open stack, zero lock-in
The Process

What changes when a human drives the pipeline.

01

Positioning locked before any code

ICP, messaging, and product brief are written and approved by the operator at Phase 01. The AI builds to a fixed target — not a moving one.

02

SEO architecture defined early

Organic SEO is the differentiator. URL structure, page hierarchy, meta templates, internal linking — all set at Phase 03, not bolted on after launch.

03

Design system enforced across every component

No token drift. Fonts, colors, spacing, and brand language are locked in the design spec and verified at every build phase.

04

Architecture reviewed before the backend is built

Schema, API structure, and third-party integrations are approved at Phase 07. Nothing gets wired in that hasn't been validated.

05

Copy aligned to positioning — not generated page by page

Headline language, CTA copy, and onboarding flow are written against the product brief. Every page sounds like the same brand.

06

Deploy verified by sandbox + live agent

Before production, the build runs through a sandboxed environment. The deploy agent checks DNS, env vars, Supabase, and Vercel — not just "did it compile."

Client results

28 days. No backlinks. 400 daily clicks.

One client's platform — built with this exact process, not even fully live yet — hit 400 organic clicks and 2,000+ impressions per day within the first month. No backlinks. No paid traffic. Just SEO architecture built into the foundation.

Case study

A personal brand platform that outperforms any Squarespace or Wix.

Niklas needed more than a portfolio page. We built a full Next.js platform with a Substack-grade admin panel — post articles, send emails, manage content, build audience — all from a clean dashboard he owns.

The SEO flexibility of a Next.js app means this will outrank any template-builder page in its category, not because of backlinks, but because the architecture is built for it.

Apply for a project slot

3–4 project slots per month. That's it.

This isn't a subscription platform. Each project gets direct operator time — which means capacity is real. If a slot is open, we move fast. If not, you go on the waitlist.

Scope and deliverables are agreed in writing before any work begins. If the blueprint phase doesn't meet your expectations, you don't continue.

From the operator

The SEO side is where most AI builders fail. That's where I come in.

I've spent years building client products from zero — strategy, brand, design, full-stack engineering. Every project ran through the same disciplined process. So we encoded that process into the HuntingHydra pipeline.

For the development side, you can hire good devs. For the organic SEO side — my guidelines, my architecture decisions, my copy framework — that's the moat. That's what makes the difference between a product that gets found and one that doesn't.

Two ways in. Pick one.

Common questions.

Why $2,500 and not $129?+
The $129/mo plan is self-serve — you describe your idea, the pipeline runs. The AI+Human project is a different product: a senior operator reviews every phase output, enforces the SEO and positioning strategy, and is accountable for the result. You're not paying for compute. You're paying for judgment.
Why not just hire an agency?+
A traditional agency charges $25k–$80k and takes 10–16 weeks. We use the same disciplined process — positioning, UX, copy, architecture, build — but the pipeline runs in parallel rather than sequentially. You get agency-grade output in a week, at a fraction of the cost.
Do I own the code?+
Yes. You get the full Next.js repository, deployed to Vercel under your account. No proprietary runtime, no lock-in. You can hand it to any developer after launch.
What if I only need a landing page?+
That's a valid project. A landing page built with the full pipeline — positioning, SEO, copy, design system, Vercel deploy — is still the highest-leverage version of that asset. Scope and price adjust accordingly.
What's the timeline?+
Landing pages and brand sites: ~5–7 business days from kickoff to live. Full-stack SaaS products: 2–4 weeks depending on backend complexity. We agree on scope and timeline in the kickoff call before any work begins.
