THE 0→1 BUILD · TWO WEEKS

Your product does not exist yet.
In two weeks it will.

Everything else we sell assumes something is already live. This is the other door. You have the idea and you know who it is for. We build the version that proves people want it, and you own every line of it.

WHAT_YOU_GET.md

Two weeks. Four things at the end of it.

THE_ARGUMENT

The positioning, before any code

Who it is for, what it replaces, and the one sentence the homepage has to land. This comes first because building the wrong thing beautifully is the expensive failure, and it is the one you cannot refactor your way out of.

THE_BUILD

One core flow, finished

A real Next.js application. Auth, database, and payments if you need them. Someone can sign up, do the thing your product exists to do, and pay you for it.

THE_HANDOVER

Everything in your accounts

Full codebase on your GitHub, deployed on your Vercel, keys in your name. No retainer, no license, nothing to cancel. If you never speak to us again, it keeps running.

THE_WRAP

What shipped and what did not

A written close: what is live, what we deliberately left out and why, and the specific things the first hundred users will tell you. So the next two weeks of work are obvious whether we do them or you do.

READ_THIS_FIRST.md

The three things people wish we'd said earlier

All of them are cheaper to hear now than on day nine.

SCOPE

One flow, not a platform

Real users can sign up, use it, and pay you. It is not twelve features with an admin dashboard and a permissions matrix. If your idea genuinely needs that on day one, we say so before you pay, not four days in.

YOUR TIME

You still have to show up

Three gates need a decision from you. It is not much time, a couple of hours across the two weeks, but it is not zero, and a slow reply moves the date the same way a scope change does.

TIMELINE

Two weeks means two weeks of scope

Scope goes in writing before anything starts. Adding to it moves the date, and we tell you that out loud when you ask rather than quietly missing the day.

HOW_IT_RUNS.md

Fourteen days, three gates

01

Days 1 to 2

The argument

You send the idea and the buyer. We come back with the positioning, the core flow, and a written scope. Nothing gets built until you sign off on that document.

02

Days 3 to 10

The build

Design, then the application itself. A live preview URL from the first day there is something to see, so you are never waiting to find out what it looks like.

03

Days 11 to 14

The hardening

The edge cases, the empty states, the auth flows that break in ways nobody demos. Then deployment into your accounts and the written wrap.

// No standups and no discovery week. Everything runs in writing, so you approve at each gate on your own schedule.

BUILT_FROM_ZERO.md

Two platforms that started as a document

Both were built from nothing: brand, product, and the go-to-market narrative. Both are live.

FAQ.md

Asked before buying

How much does MVP software development cost?+

The 0→1 build is $5,000 flat for two weeks. Half up front, half on handover. There is no retainer and nothing recurring once the code is in your accounts.

How long does it take to build an MVP?+

Two weeks, run as three gates. Days 1 to 2 settle the positioning and a written scope, days 3 to 10 are design and the build, days 11 to 14 are hardening and deployment into your accounts.

Do I need to be technical?+

No. You need to know who the product is for and what the one thing it does is. The architecture, the code, and the deployment are ours. What we do need from you is decisions, roughly two or three hours of them across the two weeks.

Who owns the code after the MVP is built?+

You do. The full Next.js codebase sits on your GitHub, the project deploys to your Vercel account, and every API key is in your name. There is no license and no monthly fee. We hand over the keys and leave.

I already have a product. Is this for me?+

No, and buying it would waste your money. If something is already live, the problem is almost never that the product does not exist, it is that one layer of it is broken. Start with the Broken-Layer Audit instead: $500, 72 hours, and it names which layer.

How is this different from Lovable or Bolt?+

Those are tools you drive yourself. This is the work done for you, and it starts with the positioning rather than the first screen. What you get at the end runs in your own accounts instead of inside someone else’s platform.

Start the build

Tell us what it does.

Two paragraphs is enough. We read every one and reply within a business day with either a scope and a start date, or the reason we think you shouldn't build it yet.

Tell us what it does. That's the whole intake.

A scope and a start date come back within a business day.

$5,000 flat · two weeks · you own the code

Where are you starting from?

No payment here. Scope goes in writing first, then the invoice.

Since our work together in April, Omniflow went from invisible to 1k+ organic traffic in May and still growing. Across all the channels, we went from having 6 paid users in total to 10/day, minimum.

Giorgi surprised me with the results he produced from the positioning that he did for me. I normally only hire teams from the USA. I will definitely hire him for future projects. I highly recommend him for any positioning work you need to be done.

We were in the market for a team to assist us with numerous projects. Giorgi offered a solution and approach that set him apart from most other applicants. Once we started the sprint, he worked diligently towards our mutual milestones. There was a little delay, as they are perfectionists. We absorbed that extra time, and found, to our happiness and joy, that the extra mile they put in really showed in the detail of the final delivery. We will definitely work together again, in fact, the next project is about to be presented :-)

Giorgi is excellent and is very skilled at what he does. We are yet to test whether his copy can truly sell snow to an eskimo, however, from what the submission is, it will very likely do it. His deliverable is well researched, fresh and has a very communicative tone to it. I would recommend working with Giorgi in a heartbeat. You get the quality you pay for. Totally worth it.
