HuntingHydra

Let's fix the layer that's killing your growth.

Your product works but growth is flat, because one of three layers is broken. Positioning, product, or findability. We name yours, show you the evidence, and fix it in a two-week sprint.

We find the broken layer. The sprint fixes it.

Tell us what you are seeing and send access, no call required. We name the layer and the fix plan, then the sprint rebuilds it.

What you get

  • The diagnosis first

Which layer is costing you growth. The evidence comes from your homepage, your product, and what ChatGPT returns for you.

  • A fix plan you keep either way

What to change, in what order, and what to leave alone.

  • One layer rebuilt in two weeks

Whichever layer the diagnosis named. Scope in writing before, a written wrap after.

Positioning·Product·Findability·

Two or more means something specific is broken. Guessing wrong costs a month.

The wall

Products built fast with AI break in the same three places. In order.

01

Positioning

Nobody can repeat what your product does. If a stranger can’t explain it in one sentence after ten seconds on your homepage, everything downstream is amplifying a sentence nobody understood. The ads, the content, the demo, all of it.

02

Product

People have an instinctive resistance to products that feel AI-built. Generic UX, template copy, that faint smell of nobody-lives-here. Users bounce before they reach the moment that would have sold them.

03

Findability

Humans can’t find you through search. And AI models are the new front door. When someone asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for a tool like yours, you’re missing from the answer. You don’t exist where buying decisions now start.

THE_TRAP.md

These three look identical from the inside.

Flat growth just looks like flat growth.

So founders fix the wrong one. They redesign the product when the problem was positioning. They pour money into content when the problem was the product. Every wrong fix costs a month and teaches you nothing.

// why the name: Flat growth is a hydra. Cut the wrong head, two more grow. The entire job is knowing which head to cut first.
The six heads

One beast. Six necks. Each one needs its own blade.

Most operators sell one head and pretend the other five do not exist. Below: every head, what it does to your business, and how it gets cut.

Positioning: Sales calls turn into education. Buyers can't repeat what you do.01Head 1 / 6 · sharp angle

Problem #1

Positioning

“Sales calls turn into education. Buyers can't repeat what you do.”

The pain

You solve ten pains for five personas. The market hears noise and picks the simpler competitor.

The cut

Pick the single angle that prints money. Write the hypothesis, test it live, compare actual vs. expected. Repeat until the pitch lands in one sentence.

GEO / AEO: Ask ChatGPT about your category. Your name never comes up.02Head 2 / 6 · the new SEO

Problem #2

GEO / AEO

“Ask ChatGPT about your category. Your name never comes up.”

The pain

LLMs are quietly replacing Google for product research. They only cite the brands they were trained to trust.

The cut

Generative Engine Optimization. Get cited inside ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity through structured content, citations, and trust signals.

GTM Engineering: You're active on three channels. None of them are clearly working.03Head 3 / 6 · channel strategy

Problem #3

GTM Engineering

“You're active on three channels. None of them are clearly working.”

The pain

You are spreading thin across channels that were never validated for your ICP. The playbook said be everywhere. Now you are everywhere and growing nowhere.

The cut

Audit what has signal. Map ICP behavior to the right channel. Write one hypothesis. Design the 30-day test with a defined win condition. That is GTM.

Copywriting: Visitors skim. Nobody books a call. Your homepage could belong to ten other companies.04Head 4 / 6 · feel-seen

Problem #4

Copywriting

“Visitors skim. Nobody books a call. Your homepage could belong to ten other companies.”

The pain

Copy reads like a polished AI description nobody relates to. Features instead of feelings. Adjectives instead of moments.

The cut

Written the way 1% of sites do it: naming the exact daily pain so the reader feels seen, not pitched at. Specific verbs, specific scenes, zero filler.

UX & Design: Users open the product, squint, and leave inside three minutes.05Head 5 / 6 · human-built

Problem #5

UX & Design

“Users open the product, squint, and leave inside three minutes.”

The pain

AI-built products get sniffed out in 3 seconds. Generic gradients, stock illustrations, dashboards nobody asked for.

The cut

Strategy-first UX. Brand, onboarding, journey: smooth, gamified where it earns its keep, ruthless about cutting what does not move a metric.

SEO: You publish posts. Traffic flatlines. You blame the algorithm.06Head 6 / 6 · logical puzzle

Problem #6

SEO

“You publish posts. Traffic flatlines. You blame the algorithm.”

The pain

Ranking feels like dark magic. It is not. It is an intent map, a page-per-intent, and a backend that loads fast.

The cut

Keywords, intent buckets, one page per intent, clean backend, relevant backlinks. Boring. Effective. Compounds for years.

FAQ.md

Asked before buying

How do you decide which layer is broken?+

We tear down three things: your homepage argument, your product’s first-run experience, and what Google, ChatGPT, and Perplexity return for your category and your name. Each finding sits next to its evidence, and the verdict names the layer the evidence clusters on. If nothing is materially broken, we say so before you buy a sprint.

Is this AI-generated analysis?+

We use AI for speed, the same way you built your product. The verdict, the evidence, and the call are us. You’ll be able to tell within the first page.

What if we already know what’s broken?+

Then we confirm it before the sprint starts, so you do not spend a quarter fixing a healthy head. From the inside, every head looks like the problem.

What do you need from us?+

Access to your homepage and product (a trial account is fine), your analytics read-only if you have them, and one paragraph on what you think is wrong. No workshop, no discovery week.

Can you just fix the whole thing: positioning, product, and findability?+

One layer at a time, always. Fixing the most damaging layer often heals the others, so buying everything upfront wastes money. If you want to commit anyway, the full course is $13,500 flat: every broken layer fixed in order.

Who's behind this

HuntingHydra is two founders. Giorgi is a growth engineer. Positioning, findability, and the words are his. Levan is a GTM engineer and owns the build, plus the pipelines and outbound systems that carry the work to market. The screenshots above are theirs: fresh domains ranked from zero, products repositioned, homepages rewritten.

We built HuntingHydra because we kept watching the same tragedy. Good products, built fast, dying quietly, while their founders fixed the wrong thing with great discipline.

One project at a time, no account managers, and the only thing for sale at the front door is the truth about what's broken.

“We were in the market for a team to assist us with numerous projects. Giorgi offered a solution and approach that set him apart from most other applicants. Once we started the sprint, he worked diligently towards our mutual milestones. There was a little delay, as they are perfectionists. We absorbed that extra time, and found, to our happiness and joy, that the extra mile they put in really showed in the detail of the final delivery. We will definitely work together again, in fact, the next project is about to be presented :-)”
