TraxIntel

B2B SaaS · OSINT & Intelligence

Repositioned from a generic background-check tool to a professional intelligence platform for investigators, legal teams, and HR. Rewrote homepage to lead with credibility and use-case specificity.

Positioning Copywriting UX

✕Background check commodity: no differentiation from a dozen competitors
✕Feature list with no outcomes, reads like a database catalogue
✕Same copy for investigators, HR, and legal

→Professional intelligence platform for high-stakes decisions
→Outcome-led: what you find out, not how the tool works
→Three audience verticals, each with its own language
