Reads call notes or transcript for the gap between what the rep heard and what the buyer meant, identifies the real objection under the stated one, and gives one next move to change deal trajectory.

Translates buyer behavior into buyer intent · One next move, not three options

Every sales call has two transcripts: what was said and what it meant. Most reps only process the first one. A prospect who says "we're evaluating a few options" is not being polite — they're telling you they haven't decided this is the category of tool they're buying yet. A prospect who asks "can you send me a deck to share with my team?" is either delegating the decision upward (good) or creating distance from a conversation they want to end (bad). The difference is in what happened in the 10 minutes before the ask. Paste this prompt into Claude or ChatGPT. Share your call notes or transcript, your deal context, and what the rep thinks the outcome was. The AI reads the two transcripts, names the real objection, rates deal health, and gives one next move.

  1. Click "Copy prompt" above and paste it into Claude or ChatGPT to start the session.
  2. Share: the call transcript or structured notes in sequence, deal context (source, stage, how long in pipeline), what the rep thinks the outcome was, what was demoed, and any commitments made by either side.
  3. The AI produces a deal health rating (Hot / Warm / Cold / Dead), what would move it one level up, and the gap between what the rep heard and what the transcript shows.
  4. You'll receive the highest-leverage moment in the call (where the deal moved most in either direction), the real objection underneath the stated one, and one specific next move.
  5. Use "score my pipeline" mode to get deal health ratings across 5–10 deals simultaneously — useful for weekly pipeline reviews.
  6. Use "coach this rep" mode to get a coaching brief: what to keep, what to change, and the one skill to focus on for the next 30 days.
From a call debrief for a $42K deal (rep's read: "warm, strong interest, sending deck")

DEAL HEALTH: Cold

WHAT THE REP HEARD: Strong interest. Asked for a deck to share internally — sign they're moving forward.

WHAT THE TRANSCRIPT SHOWS: The prospect asked five implementation questions in the first 15 minutes, then went quiet. The "send me a deck" came at minute 38 — immediately after the rep introduced pricing. No follow-up questions after pricing. No specific next step set.

THE DELTA: The implementation questions were genuine interest. The silence after pricing was the objection forming. "Send me a deck" at that moment is an exit line — a polite way to end a conversation they've already decided to pause.

THE REAL OBJECTION: Price relative to perceived urgency. They're not ready to move yet — something in the current quarter is higher priority and this doesn't feel urgent enough to displace it.

ONE NEXT MOVE: Email within 24 hours. Not with the deck. With: "Before I send the full overview, I want to make sure I understood what came up at the end of our conversation. Was it more about timing or about the investment level?" This either surfaces the real objection or creates an opening to address urgency.
