Reads a podcast transcript for the moments worth distributing — not by time, but by insight — then produces platform-native assets for LinkedIn, email, short-form, and newsletter.

Excerpts by insight, not by timestamp · Flags moments that require a visual or clip to land

Most podcast repurposing fails because it excerpts by time instead of by insight. "Clip minutes 12–15" assumes the insight is evenly distributed through the conversation. It isn't. A one-hour podcast might have 4 minutes of content that would stop someone scrolling, and 56 minutes of buildup, banter, and topic transitions that made the conversation feel natural but won't survive outside it. The job of repurposing is to find those 4 minutes — not by listening for the climax, but by reading for the moment where something true was said that most people haven't heard put that way before. Paste this prompt into Claude or ChatGPT. Share the full transcript. The AI mines 5–7 moments worth distributing, explains why each works, and produces platform-native assets for the channels you choose — LinkedIn posts, newsletter sections, short-form hooks, or Twitter threads.

  1. Click "Copy prompt" above and paste it into Claude or ChatGPT to start the session.
  2. Share the full transcript or a dense summary, the host's and guest's names, the audience being distributed to, and which channels to produce for (LinkedIn, email newsletter, short-form video hooks, Twitter threads, or blog outline).
  3. The AI mines 5–7 moments worth repurposing, ranks them, and explains why each works — then names what didn't make the cut and why.
  4. For each channel requested, the AI produces full assets for the top 3 moments — ready to paste with no editing needed.
  5. Check the [VERIFY] flags before publishing — any claim the AI extracted that should be verified before it goes live.
  6. Use "build my content calendar from this" mode to process 3–5 episodes into a 30-day cross-platform content plan.
From a 52-minute episode on outbound sales (transcript: 8,400 words)

MOMENTS WORTH REPURPOSING (5 found):

Moment 1: Guest says "We stopped measuring reply rate and started measuring reply quality. A 'not interested' reply is worth more than silence — at least you know."
Why it works: Counterintuitive reframe of how to think about outbound metrics. Non-obvious until you hear it.
Best format: LinkedIn — The Counterintuitive

Moment 3: Host asks "When do you know it's the message and not the list?" Guest: "When 3 different people on the same list reply to the same message variation in the same week."
Why it works: Specific, quotable, diagnostic. Most teams don't have this heuristic.
Best format: LinkedIn — The Observation | Newsletter pull quote

MOMENTS TO LEAVE BEHIND:
The segment on email deliverability (minutes 28–36) — useful context in the episode, doesn't standalone. The advice is too general to be distinctively shareable.

LINKEDIN POST — Moment 1:
Hook: We stopped tracking reply rate. Here's what we track instead.
